Staff Training Drives Transformation In January this year, Fantop Integrated Solutions Ltd had the opportunity to facilitate a two-day retreat for Green Safety Limited.

Like every training engagement, our goal was not simply to speak to the staff or deliver presentations. The goal was to help people gain practical knowledge, reflect on their responsibilities, improve their mindset and become better at what they do.
